Terms of Engagement

The following summarises the standard terms under which Sagar Kamra Advisory provides information security advisory services. A formal services agreement is executed prior to any paid engagement.

Scope of services

Services are defined in a written statement of work or letter of engagement. Advice provided is based on information made available by the client and the applicable frameworks at the time of engagement.

Confidentiality

All information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. Mutual NDAs are signed where requested.

Independence

Sagar Kamra Advisory is independent and does not receive commissions, referral fees or vendor incentives that could compromise impartiality.

Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
